We are excited to welcome you to 8 St Paul's Street, an exceptional building in the centre of Leeds, only a 5 minute walk from Leeds Station.

In 2023, we embarked on an ambitious renovation project to transform our newly acquired building into the modern headquarters of W Denis.
The redevelopment included the addition of two new floors, creating more space to serve not only as our base of operations but also to lease or hire as a hub for other businesses and professionals in need of flexible workspaces.​​
