Exciting Progress on 8 St Paul's Street: It's All Coming Together

We’re excited to share the latest developments on our new headquarters and workspace. With each passing week, the vision for our dynamic and flexible office environment is becoming a reality. Here’s what’s happening on-site:

• GRC and Brickwork – Over the next three weeks, the external façade will take shape as the glass-reinforced concrete (GRC) panels and bricks are installed. This will be a major milestone in defining the building’s architectural character.

• Reception Feature Wall – Nearly complete, this striking focal point in our entrance space is setting the tone for a sophisticated and welcoming first impression.

• Electrics & Plumbing – We’re now at the second fix stage, ensuring that power, lighting, and water services are integrated seamlessly throughout the building.

• Lift Installation – The lift is being fitted this week, bringing us another step closer to full accessibility and convenience for all building users.

• Decoration Works – A fresh and professional finish is on the horizon, with decorators scheduled to work over the weekend to bring colour and style to the interiors.

• Gym Equipment – Our on-site gym will soon be fully equipped, with state-of-the-art fitness machines arriving next week, ready to support the well-being of our team and members.

• AV Wiring – High-quality audio-visual infrastructure is currently being installed, ensuring seamless connectivity for meetings, presentations, and events. Big screens and speakers will soon be in place.

• Mezzanine – Next week, work will commence on the mezzanine’s balcony, adding a dynamic and open feel to this level.
